How do I cancel my VIP Treatment Package?

We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure you have the flexibility you need. You can easily cancel your VIP Treatment Package agreement — after the initial 4 months of the annual agreement term — by following a simple process:

❂ Submit Your Request: To cancel, simply submit your written disenrollment request through your VIP patient portal. This ensures the request is processed smoothly.

❂ Pre-Paid Fee Refund: If you opted for the pre-paid option, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining term of your 12-month VIP Package. The refund will begin in the calendar month that starts 30 days after the date we receive your request.

❂ Monthly Fee Billing Adjustment: For those on the monthly payment option, once we process your disenrollment request, your monthly billing will automatically stop after the next billing cycle, which begins 30 days from the date we receive your request.
