    How much is the VIP Treatment Package subscription fee and what are the payment options?

    Our 12-Month VIP Treatment Package offers flexible payment options to make it accessible and affordable:

    • New Patient: $3,000; Monthly Payment Plan—$800 for the first month, then $200 per month for the next 11 months.
    • Current Patient: $2,400; Monthly Payment Plan—$200 per month for 12 months.

    Do you offer any VIP Treatment Package patient discounts for VIP Treatment Packages for seniors, multiple family members, or couples?

    At PHW Specialty Clinic, we are committed to making high-quality care accessible to everyone. Our VIP Treatment Package fees are transparent, competitive, and reasonable for top-tier, on-demand Direct Specialty Care. These fees are inclusive of credit card processing fees—meaning you don’t pay extra for these services. While we currently do not offer specific patient discounts for seniors, families, or couples, we do offer flexible payment options. This includes discounted pre-paid packages as well as convenient monthly subscription plans to help accommodate various budgets.

    What if I use up all of my current VIP Treatment Package subscription's allotted consultations before the end of my 12-month agreement term?

    If you use all of your consultations before your term ends, you’ll need to renew your VIP Treatment Package subscription to continue receiving PHW's Direct Specialty Care (DSC) services.

    For Monthly Subscription Plans: The remaining balance of your current term must be paid off before renewal.

    Are there any additional clinic fees?

    While the VIP Treatment Package covers many services, there may be additional fees for certain services, such as:

    • Lab Tests
    • Imaging or Diagnostic Tests
    • Medical Records Review
    • Advocacy Letters

    We will always inform you of any additional costs before proceeding with these optional services.

    Do you participate with health insurance plans?

    PHW Specialty Clinic operates as an insurance-free Direct Specialty Care (DSC) clinic. We do not accept traditional health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. However, we can provide documentation for consultations that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. You can also use your FSA/HSA accounts to cover eligible services.

    Do I still need health insurance if I sign up?

    Yes, while PHW offers Direct Specialty Care (DSC), you will still need health insurance for primary care, hospitalizations, prescriptions, and other ancillary services outside of our offerings. Our services complement traditional healthcare, focusing on areas often not covered by conventional insurance.

    What else should I know about the VIP Treatment Package subscription?

    What do I need to schedule my initial clinic consultation?

    It's really simple! Just follow these easy steps:

    1. Discover: Book a free discovery call before signing up to see how we can help you.
    2. Enroll: Subscribe to your preferred VIP Treatment Package through our VIP booking page.
    3. Onboard: Complete your patient forms and activate your VIP patient portal.
    4. Visit: Schedule your in-person consultation at our Tysons clinic. Follow-up consultations can be scheduled in-person or online.

    How do I cancel my VIP Treatment Package subscription?

    We understand that your needs may change, and we aim to make the cancellation process as easy and straightforward as possible. You are eligible to cancel your current subscription after the fourth month of your current 12-month term.*

    To cancel your VIP Treatment Package subscription:

    1. Submit a Written Request: Please submit your disenrollment request through your VIP patient portal.*
    2. Refunds: If you have paid for a pre-paid package, refunds will be provided for the remaining unused months left on your current 12-month term.
    3. Monthly Payment Adjustments: If you are on the monthly payment plan, payments will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the cancellation.
