How much is the VIP Treatment Package subscription fee and what are the payment options?
We offer flexible payment options for our 12-Month VIP Treatment Package to make it both affordable and accessible:
1. Discounted Pre-Paid Payment Option:
- New Patient: $2,500—Save $500!
- Current Patient: $2,100—Save $300!
2. Flexible Monthly Payment Option:
- New Patient: $3,000—$800 for the first month, then $200 per month for the next 11 months.
- Current Patient: $2,400—$200 per month for 12 months.
Do you offer any VIP Treatment Package patient discounts for VIP Treatment Packages for seniors, multiple family members, or couples?
While we do not offer specific discounts for seniors, families, or couples, we are committed to making healthcare affordable for everyone. Our transparent pricing ensures you know exactly what you’re paying for, with no hidden fees. We offer flexible payment options, including discounted pre-paid packages and monthly payment plans, for less than $10 per day to help accommodate various budgets.
What if I use up all of my current VIP Treatment Package subscription's allotted consultations before the end of my 12-month agreement term?
If you use up all your consultations before the term ends, you’ll need to renew your VIP Treatment Package to continue receiving services. For those on a monthly subscription plan, the remaining balance of your current term must be paid before renewal.
Are there any additional clinic fees?
While the VIP Treatment Package covers many healthcare services, there may be additional fees for certain services, such as:
- Lab Tests
- Imaging or Diagnostic Tests
- Medical Records Review
- Advocacy Letters
We will always inform you of additional costs before proceeding with these services.
Do you participate with health insurance plans?
PHW Specialty Clinic operates as an insurance-free Direct Specialty Care (DSC). We do not accept traditional health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. However, we can provide you with documentation for consultations that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. You can also use your FSA/HSA accounts to cover eligible services.
Do I still need health insurance if I enroll?
Yes, while PHW provides Direct Specialty Care (DSC), you will still need health insurance for primary care, hospitalizations, prescriptions, and other ancillary services outside of our scope. Our DSC services complement traditional healthcare, focusing on areas often not covered by conventional insurance.

How do I get started with PHW Specialty Clinic?
It's really simple! This is how it works. Just follow these easy steps:
- Discover: Book a free discovery call before signing up to see how we can help you.
- Join: Select your preferred VIP Treatment Package through our VIP booking page.
- Onboard: Complete your patient forms and activate your VIP patient portal to self-schedule appointments online.
- Visit: Self-schedule your in-person consultation at our Tysons clinic. Follow-up consultations can be self-scheduled in-person or online.
How do I cancel my VIP Treatment Package?
If your needs change, you can cancel your VIP Treatment Package subscription after the fourth month of your current 12-month term. To cancel:
- Submit a Written Request: Please submit your disenrollment request through your VIP patient portal.
- Refunds: If you paid for a pre-paid package, refunds will be provided for the unused months remaining on your current 12-month term.
- Monthly Payment Adjustments: If you are on a monthly payment plan, payments will be adjusted to reflect the cancellation.
