    Comprehensive Initial Consultation: New patients receive a detailed consultation to assess your health, allowing us to create a personalized care plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.

    Customized Follow-Ups: Receive several follow-up consultations throughout the year, either in-person or online, ensuring continuous support and adjustments to your treatment plan as needed.

    Advanced Diagnostic Testing & Personalized Treatment: Your VIP package includes advanced diagnostic testing to uncover the root causes of your health issues. We then design a customized treatment plan based on these insights for more effective, targeted care.

    What are the VIP Treatment Package fees and payment options?

    At PHW Specialty Clinic, we aim to provide affordable, high-quality healthcare. That’s why we offer flexible payment plans to suit your needs, ensuring our VIP Treatment Package remains both accessible and manageable for you.

    • New Patients: $2,500 Save $500 vs Monthly Option*

    What if I use up all of my VIP Treatment Package consultations before the end of my 12-month agreement term?

    If you use all seven consultations included in your 12-month VIP Treatment Package before the term ends, PHW does not offer individual follow-up consultations outside of the package. To continue receiving PHW DSC services, you’ll need to renew your VIP Treatment Package.

    Current monthly-paying patients: You will need to pay off the remaining balance of your current 12-month agreement before renewing your VIP Treatment package.

    • Health records copies
    • Disability determinations
    • Advocacy letters
    • Other administrative services related to your care

    Do you participate with health insurance plans?

    PHW Specialty Clinic operates as a no-insurance Direct Specialty Care (DSC) clinic, which means we do not participate with or accept health insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid. Instead, we focus on providing direct, personalized care through our VIP Treatment Packages, ancillary services, and optional patient services—all designed to offer you the highest level of care without the constraints and limitations of traditional insurance-based healthcare.

    While our healthcare services are not directly covered by insurance, we offer superbills for your clinic consultations. You can submit these superbills to your health insurance for potential reimbursement or to your FSA/HSA account for funding approval.

    Do I still need health insurance if I sign up?

    While PHW Specialty Clinic operates as an insurance-free Direct Specialty Care (DSC) clinic, health insurance is still necessary for covering other essential healthcare needs, such as:

    • Primary Care (PCP)
    • Hospitalizations
    • Prescriptions
    • Ancillary services (such as lab tests, imaging, and other medical procedures outside our direct care)

    Our services are designed to complement your existing healthcare by offering specialized care for conditions requiring more time, attention, and expertise—areas often not covered by conventional insurance.

    While our DSC model provides exclusive, high-quality care, health insurance is still important to cover broader healthcare needs.

    What else to know?

    Here are a few additional details to consider as you decide whether to sign up for the VIP Treatment Package:

    FSA/HSA Accounts: You may be able to use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for the VIP Treatment Package. We can provide superbills for your clinic consultations upon request, which can be submitted to your FSA/HSA plan for funding approval.

    Tip: To ensure eligibility and understand how to use your FSA/HSA funds, it's best to consult with your plan administrator.

    Tax Deductions: Payments for your VIP Treatment Package (as well as any ancillary services or optional patient services) may qualify as tax-deductible medical expenses.

    What do I need to schedule my initial clinic consultation?

    3 Simple Steps

    Step 1 — Enroll

    Self-Enroll: Sign up for your VIP Treatment Package. We accept credit and debit cards securely through the PHW booking page for your convenience.

    Self-Schedule: After enrollment, you will have access to our online clinic calendar where you can schedule your first consultation.

    Note: Initial appointments are only available in-person at our Tysons clinic, and follow-up consultations can be scheduled either in-person or online.

    Step 2 — Onboard

    Patient Forms: After you enroll, you'll receive electronic intake forms. Please complete and submit them within 7 days so we can move forward with your care.

    Patient Portal: You'll also receive a link to activate your VIP patient portal. Through your portal, you can manage appointments, securely communicate with your provider, and share important health information.

    Note: Please ensure you send us your relevant medical information—at least one week prior to your scheduled consultation.

    Step 3 — Visit

    Check-Ins: On the day of your consultation, please check in at the clinic with your government-issued photo ID for verification, and provide any additional health information that may be required.

    Check-Outs: After your consultation, you can easily schedule your next follow-up appointment (whether in-person or online) directly through your VIP patient portal.

    How do I cancel my VIP Treatment Package?

    We understand that your needs may change, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel your VIP Treatment Package. Here's how:

    Submit Your Request: To cancel, simply submit your written disenrollment request through your VIP patient portal. This ensures your request is processed smoothly.

    Pre-Paid Fee Refund: If you paid upfront for the pre-paid option, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining term of your 12-month VIP Package.

    Note: The refund will begin in the calendar month that starts 30 days after we receive your request.

    Monthly Fee Billing Adjustment: If you are on the monthly payment plan, once we process your disenrollment request, your monthly billing will stop automatically after the next billing cycle that begins 30 days from the date we receive your request.
