How It Works

3 Simple Steps

❂ Self-Enroll: When you're ready, sign up for your VIP Treatment Package. We accept credit and debit cards securely through the PHW booking page for your convenience.

❂ Self-Schedule: Once enrolled, you'll gain access to our online clinic calendar to schedule your first visit. Initial appointments are available in-person at our Tysons clinic, and follow-up visits can be scheduled easily through your VIP patient portal.

❂ Patient Forms: After enrollment, you'll receive electronic intake forms. Please complete and submit them within 7 days to ensure we can move forward with your care.

❂ Patient Portal: After enrollment, you'll also receive a link to activate your VIP patient portal. Your VIP patient portal lets you manage appointments, securely communicate with your provider, and share important health information ahead of your consultations. Please always send us your relevant medical information — a minimum of one prior to your scheduled consultation.

❂ Check-In: Please always use your VIP patient portal to send us your relevant medical information — a minimum of one prior to your scheduled consultation. On the day of your consultation, please check in at the clinic with your government-issued photo ID for verification and provide any necessary additional health information.

❂ Check-Out: After your consultation, easily schedule your next follow-up appointment (in-person or telehealth) directly through your VIP patient portal.
