HOW IT WORKS

3 SIMPLE STEPS

❂ Self-Enroll: When you’re ready to begin your journey toward optimal health, simply sign up for our VIP Treatment Package. We accept secure credit and debit card payments directly through the PHW booking page for your convenience.

❂ Self-Schedule: Once enrolled, you’ll gain access to our online clinic calendar. From here, you can easily schedule your first appointment at our Tysons clinic. Follow-up visits can also be scheduled seamlessly through your VIP patient portal.

❂ Patient Forms: Upon enrollment, you’ll receive electronic intake forms. Please complete and submit these forms within 7 days to help us prepare for your care.

❂ Patient Portal: Upon enrollment, you’ll also receive a link to activate your VIP patient portal. This portal will allow you to manage appointments, securely communicate with your provider, and share relevant health information prior to your consultations. Be sure to send us any pertinent medical details before your first visit to ensure we’re fully prepared.

❂ Check-Ins: On the day of your appointment, please check in at the clinic with a government-issued photo ID for verification. You’ll also be able to provide any additional health information needed for your consultation through your VIP patient portal.

❂ Check-Outs: After your consultation, use your VIP patient portal to easily schedule your next follow-up appointment—whether in-person or through telehealth.
